A structured, skills-based group programme designed to support individuals experiencing emotional dysregulation, anxiety or difficulty coping.
You will learn practical skills in:
- Emotional regulation

- Interpersonal effectiveness
- Mindfulness and self-awareness
These skills help you respond more effectively in your daily life in relationships, at work and within yourself.
Behavioural Activation Group
IN-PERSON:Â Every Tuesday @ 10:30 -12:00
This group supports individuals who are feeling stuck, withdrawn or disconnected due to ongoing mental health challenges.
The focus is on:
- Rebuilding routine and structure
- Increasing engagement in meaningful and rewarding activities
- Reducing avoidance patterns
- Reconnecting with a sense of purpose and direction
Case Management & Assessments
We offer individualised support for individuals navigating complex situations, including return-to-work planning and functional assessment.
This includes:
- Work readiness and reintegration planning
- Liaison with employers, psychiatrists, and insurers
- Functional capacity assessments across cognitive, emotional, and behavioural domains
- Ongoing coordination and support

Mindfulness-Based Stress Intervention

Fear & Anxiety Programme
± 6 weeks
Designed for individuals experiencing persistent anxiety, panic or stress.
This programme helps you to:
- Understand anxiety and how it works
- Reduce the intensity and frequency of symptoms
- Manage panic attacks
- Address unhelpful thought patterns and beliefs
- Develop practical coping strategies for daily life
Return-to-Work Programme
± 6 weeks
For individuals preparing to return to work after a period of illness or recovery.

- Rebuilding confidence and readiness
- Developing cognitive, emotional and practical work skills
- Addressing barriers to employment
- Establishing structure, accountability and resilience
